WP1 – Project Management

The evaluation and monitoring of project activities will be led by Asturia vzw with the support of the coordinator, Busola Association. These activities ensure the smooth execution of the project and adherence to quality standards across all partners. Project quality control will follow the Quality and Evaluation Plan, developed by Asturia vzw at the beginning of the project and agreed upon by all partners. The QEP outlines essential information to maintain high implementation quality, including indicators, tools, and control criteria. Each partner will designate a representative responsible for internal evaluation, ensuring that activities progress according to plan.

A dedicated quality evaluation group will oversee the implementation process, assessing project activities based on planned deliverables, timeframes and partner collaboration. Bimonthly meetings will be held to track progress, address challenges and ensure that the necessary quality control mechanisms are in place. These meetings will serve as checkpoints to adjust strategies if needed and maintain effective communication between all stakeholders. All partners are responsible for overseeing quality at the national level, ensuring activities align with the project’s timeline and objectives. This includes monitoring how tasks are progressing within the specific timeframes of each WP and providing feedback to improve efficiency.

The piloting phase will play a crucial role in assessing the quality of project activities and results. Representatives from the target groups will provide direct feedback on the effectiveness of learning and teaching materials. This will help validate the project's impact and ensure it meets the intended needs. Each partner will submit a report, detailing project execution, adherence to quality standards and fulfillment of indicators. These reports will contain key insights to assess implementation, identify areas for improvement, and confirm compliance with all quality criteria. Periodic oral reports will also be presented during bimonthly meetings, offering recommendations for optimizing project outcomes.

Success will be measured through:
• Inmate participation rates (target: at least 80 inmates engaged in piloting).
• Educator involvement (at least 20 prison educators trained).
• Course completion rates (minimum 70% of enrolled inmates complete pilots).
• Skill improvement (pre- and post-assessment tests to measure competence gains).
• Satisfaction surveys (minimum 80% positive feedback from educators).

Project management process:
1. There will be equal share of the decision making process among the consortium members, based on competences of the staff members only.
2. Project leader will assure the transparency of the works via online systems and project management platforms.
3. TPMs will be organised as face-to-face ones as well as online mode (streaming) to assure equal participation and being opened to challenge any obstacles which may arise.

Project results:
1. Teaching/learning materials which will be developed within the framework of this project will contain various types of the content: text, videos, grahics, tests, check lists, taking into account different learning needs and perception of the learners.
2. All materials and resources will be accessible to individuals with disabilities, promoting inclusivity in adult education. Materials will be prepared using politically correct terminologies thus fostering cultural and gender inclusivity.

Communication and cooperation with the target group:
1. Communication and dissemination plan will include inclusive practices and experiences gathered among the consortium members in order to eliminate any type of barriers of project target groups or people interested in the project results.
2. Partners will ensure that a diverse range of stakeholders, including representatives from various educational institutions, organizations and underrepresented groups, are involved in the project results.
3. Project participants and user groups will provide feedback in this sense to identify any barriers or challenges users may face and make continuous improvements to the materials accessibility features.
4. Materials will be designed in simple language to be easily understood by a diverse audience. Complex language and jargon will be avoided, ensuring clarity and simplicity.
